About Reliance Worldwide Corporation
- Reliance Worldwide Corporation makes water-control and plumbing systems used by installers and specifiers. The public sites have to carry product families, not a single brochure story.
- SharkBite, John Guest, Tubefit and related brands sit in the same commercial world u2014 fittings, push-to-connect, and technical pages that installers actually use.
- Enterprise WordPress here is a catalogue problem: regions, ranges, and campaign landing pages have to stay related, and marketing has to own the copy after launch.
- This write-up covers the platform work. Named brand sites have their own case studies.
Project overview
The brief was WordPress that behaves like a manufacturing catalogue: product families, regional variants, and brand surfaces that do not fork into unmaintainable microsites.
I focused on the content model and the WordPress build around it u2014 so a new range or campaign could land in the same system instead of becoming a one-off template.
Project goals
01
Keep brand and product sites in one WordPress estate that marketing can still edit.
02
Model fittings and ranges so technical pages stay related, not dumped as blog posts.
03
Leave a delivery pattern the next brand site in the family can reuse.
Client's words
He treated our brand sites like a product catalogue, not a brochure. Regional variants, fitting families, and editorial control stayed in one WordPress estate without the usual drift.
