About Prescription Point

  • Prescription Point is a Canadian healthcare platform. Patients and clinicians both use it, so the WordPress surface has to be trustworthy u2014 clear language, careful forms, and no decorative clutter in the way of a task.
  • Healthcare sites fail when they look like marketing first and a service second.
  • The technical work is access, data care, and a front end that does not fight the people who need the service.
  • This case study is about that platform build, not a brochure refresh.

Project overview

Prescription Point needed a secure, usable WordPress platform u2014 something patients and doctors could trust, with requirements that went beyond a standard brochure theme.

I built for that mix: careful UX, the integrations the service needed, and security treated as part of the build rather than a sticker after launch.

Project goals

01

Make patient and clinician tasks obvious on a phone as well as a desktop.

02

Handle the technical requirements without leaking complexity into the interface.

03

Treat security as delivery, not a follow-up project.

Client's words

Vijay helped us build a secure, user-friendly healthcare platform that patients and doctors can trust. He handled complex technical requirements with professionalism.
