Project overview
At LTIMindTree I led WordPress development on large-scale enterprise projects. That meant custom API integrations for headless setups, performance work aimed at 90+ PageSpeed scores, and mentoring junior developers through code review.
The job was to make WordPress hold up inside an enterprise delivery model u2014 estimates, reviews, environments, and handover u2014 without letting the CMS become the fragile part of the stack.
